Purposes of data processing:
Personal data is held on adult students and clients for the purpose of contacting them with information that I deem to be of interest to them, principally regarding new classes, events, cancellations and emergencies.
Data is used in a reasonable way for contact when necessary and all data is voluntarily provided by students/clients or their responsible adult.
Personal data held on adult students is held in paper form and includes:
• Name
• Phone number
• Email
• Relevant medical information
• Emergency contact details
• Permissive details
Personal data will not be passed on to any third party except as required by law or in a medical emergency.
Data will be stored for two years from the last point of contact with the student. All paperwork is held securely. Any individual is entitled to view their information or to request it is amended or deleted.
